A solid commitment to a marriage partner introduces meaning and purpose amid the confusion and rootlessness of life.

Married men grow out of some of their wild and reckless ways, become more responsible, and are healthier.  

Married women are safer and better off financially.

A continuing alliance is an achievement. It suggests you have weathered the storms, learned a few lessons, and grown through hardship. Or maybe not. Perhaps you just got lucky.

Generally, the most agreeable resolutions benefit not just one or the other of us but men and women jointly and about equally.  We offer here ways to bridge our differences, based on traditional principles of equal concern and shared advantages for men and women.

Marriage is our last, best chance to grow up. .
